How PisoMetric is funded
PisoMetric can be used without signing up. Here is how we intend to keep it that way.
Free and Pro
The free version calculates the complete deal. PisoMetric Pro, a one-time payment with no subscription, will add advanced analysis and the Pro report. Until payment is available, all features are free. Paying never changes the calculations: Pro shows more analysis, not different results.
Partner links
In some cases, after your analysis, PisoMetric may show a link to a service related to the deal, for example to explore mortgage financing options with a partner. These links are always marked with a “Partner” label. If you sign up for a service through one of them, PisoMetric may receive a commission.
What a partnership never does
- Change your calculations, results, limits, scenarios or the methodology.
- Change whether your deal meets your goals, or the order or comparison of your options.
- Receive your data: PisoMetric does not send the partner the price, rent, mortgage or any other data from your scenario, nor include it in the link.
- Appear in the printable report, as a pop-up or above the form.
When you go to the partner’s website
The link only takes you to their website when you click it. From then on you are on a third-party site: its terms and privacy policy apply, not PisoMetric’s.
What is recorded
At most, that a partner link was shown or clicked: its identifier, its category (for example, financing) and where it appears. Never amounts, percentages or data from your scenario.
